Mission Statement

Huskers for Ohio is organized to support and boost the football program at Ohio University.

Goal #1:   Huskers for Ohio shall promote social and informative activities among its members and between the membership and all persons associated with the Ohio University Athletics Department.

Objective #1:   Huskers for Ohio will sponsor Tailgates before selected home football events at Ohio University, and could occasionally co-sponsor (with the Alumni Office and the Athletic Department) selected Tailgate-type events at away games.

Objective #2:   Huskers for Ohio shall offer annual memberships.

Objective #3:   Huskers for Ohio shall maintain active communication to inform members and the community of events. This will be accomplished through the organization's website.

Goal #2:   Huskers for Ohio shall contribute financially to the welfare of the Ohio University Athletics Department.

Objective #1:   Huskers for Ohio shall make available licensed sportswear to help raise funds to meet organizational objectives.

Objective #2:   Huskers for Ohio shall raffle two season tickets to Ohio University football games to the organization's members on an annual basis.
